Implements, verifies, and archives the three remaining Wave 2 changes from
openspec/MIGRATION-PLAN.md.
- add-wallet-settlement (P3): demo recharge, guarded withdrawal freeze and
one-time admin review, paginated own fund entries, idempotent per-shop
weekly/monthly settlement statements with commission rate and one-time
payout confirmation.
- add-merchant-onboarding (P5): personal/enterprise applications with one live
application per user, guarded review with mandatory rejection reason, and
transactional shop + owner provisioning returning one-time credentials;
mall onboarding/status pages and an admin review console.
- add-membership-messaging (P7): platform member levels, append-only growth
accrual on order completion with guarded one-way leveling, order/shipment/
refund system messages with unread/read state and soft deletion, plus the
mall header unread badge.
Backend: migrations 0019-0023, new wallet, settlement, merchant_onboarding,
membership and messaging modules, event hooks in order/fulfillment/aftersale,
and integration suites for each. Shared contract extended and all three
frontends updated; code indexes, domain docs, backend guidelines and the
migration tracker synced.
Verification: cargo test -p vmall-api green twice consecutively; mall, admin
and shop-admin builds pass; browser smoke on every new surface; openspec
validate --all --strict green (33 passed).
The three changes share the @vmall/shared contract, the mall mock adapter and
per-app locale/nav files, so they are committed together to keep every commit
buildable.
- Add tailwindcss v4 + @tailwindcss/vite to mall, shop-admin, admin
- Add @vmall/shared/theme.css tokens with html[data-accent] presets
- Add @vmall/ui kit (VBtn/VBadge/VField/VInput/VCard/VPanel/VTable/VPage,
VAccentSwatch, useAccent) as a Nuxt module
- Convert all three apps to kit + utilities; delete ui.css/mall.css and
every <style scoped>; consoles get accent presets, mall locked to red
- Fix VCard boolean prop default (padding) and PDP/store stale
useAsyncData keys on param navigation
- Archive adopt-tailwind-design-system; new frontend-ui capability spec
Sync the group-buying capability plus the order, frontend-mall, and
frontend-shop-admin requirements into the main specs, and write the capability

Restate the flash-price and coupon-exclusion scenarios in the group-buying
order delta, since its MODIFIED checkout block must carry the scenarios the main
order spec now has.

Renaming the coupon scenario in the flash-sales and group-buying order deltas
to the exact name now in the main order spec keeps those changes archivable,
since a MODIFIED requirement replaces the whole block.
Archive the three completed changes behind replace-mock-api-wave-1/2/3. Each
merge applied cleanly to the main specs:
- catalog gains the Public product browse requirement (subtree filtering and
price sort)
- frontend-mall picks up the per-domain adapter, the pinned home page, the
discovery-page changes, the live auth panels and the live transaction flows
- cart's Server-side cart requirement now documents the shop and stock carried
by every line
Also replace the TBD Purpose placeholder in all eleven specs with a one-line
description of what each capability covers. Those placeholders predate this
work and were the only reason `openspec validate --all --strict` reported
0 passed / 11 failed; it now reports 11 passed / 0 failed.
